Job Description:

Managing & building developer site-level relationship with the FM/CRM/Sales team of the developer
b) Customer registration & explaining about RentMAX services & its differentiators
c) Customer on-boarding & obtaining customer mandates along with apartment keys
d) Upsell of value added services (eg Prop Management Plan, vendor assistance, insurance etc)
e) Managing sales support team for building the channel partner relationship & managing the key channe partner relationships
f) Owner- tenant introduction & deal closing
g) Monitor transaction closing process & facilitate any support required for the same
h) Updating the deal terms and ensuring updation of customer/transaction date in the CRM
i) Monitor & manage sales support for maintenance & post-possession trouble shooting
j) Owner & tenant relationship management - on need as well as periodic basis (check-ins with
owner/tenant periodically & cross-sell, as and when required)
k) Managing sales support and ensuring channel partner - tenant visits by the site execution
Helping central/HO team with site related assistance/co-ordination with the FM team and also sharing the necessary site operating documents/instruction manuals/site notices etc with central HO team

Skills:

Job requires working from a Real Estate Developer's office and offers a safe & secure working environmen Returning mothers and/or people wanting to restart their career are also welcome. Role requires explaining the services of RentMAX to prospective customers and on-boarding them. Doesnt require sales/cold-calling- will have to meet and interact only with interested customers
