"Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support critical banking applications, payment systems, file servers and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational stability.
• Perform system administration activities including user access management, system maintenance and periodic reviews.
• Monitor and resolve IT incidents, service requests and operational issues within agreed service levels.
• Oversee outsourced IT service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage server room facilities, access controls, environmental monitoring and IT asset security.
• Coordinate application patching, upgrades, disaster recovery drills and business continuity activities.
• Act as the primary liaison with Head Office IT teams for local technology initiatives and support requirements.
• Manage IT procurement processes including vendor coordination, purchase requisitions, asset inventory and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, system access approvals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with telecom and network service providers to maintain connectivity and ensure system availability.
• Support implementation of local and regional IT projects, technology upgrades and change requests.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure readiness of procedures before implementation of system changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, regulators and payment system support teams, for operational and project activities.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and compliance reviews by providing required information and evidence.
• Manage IT risk, cybersecurity controls, operational risk assessments, KRCSA/GRC activities and remediation of identified gaps.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, bank policies, information security standards and technology governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT controls, system hygiene, operational resilience and risk management practices."
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline. Professional certifications in networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or banking systems preferred.
Candidates with banking or financial services IT experience; exposure to payment systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management and regulatory compliance.
