Industry Requirement: Candidates must have significant experience in the specialty chemicals / chemical manufacturing industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and expansion in domestic and international markets.
Drive sales, business development, customer relationships, and new market opportunities.
Oversee manufacturing, R&D, quality, supply chain, and commercial operations.
Lead strategic planning, P&L management, and organisational growth.
Candidate Profile:
Currently or previously in a CEO, MD, COO, Business Head, or equivalent leadership role within the chemical industry.
Strong experience in specialty chemicals, chemical intermediates, and process manufacturing.
Proven track record in revenue growth, profitability, international business, and strategic leadership.
Established industry network and experience managing large teams and manufacturing businesses.
