Key Responsibilities: 

# Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading, broking or fintech products. 

# Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. 

# Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for product implementation and enhancements. 

# Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch. ? Conduct market research and competitor analysis for stock market and fintech products. 

# Work on features related to trading platforms, back-office systems, portfolio management, mutual funds, APIs, and mobile/web applications. 

# Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines. 

# Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to improve user experience. 

# Collaborate with QA and support teams for smooth product releases. 

# Prepare product documentation, BRDs, user stories, and release notes. 

Skills:

Required Skills: 

# Strong understanding of Stock Market, Trading, Demat, Broking Operations, and Investment Products. 

# Experience working with Trading Platforms, OMS/RMS, Back Office, or Wealth Management products. 

# Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Scrum methodologies. 

# Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

# Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications. 

# Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

# Experience with fintech or broking applications is preferred.
