Acquisitions for Investors by finding suitable assets in Distress;
Searching for Investors related to specific assets;
Raising Acquisition Funding from Fund Houses/AIF/ARC's;
Guiding investor for creating & structuring resolution plans under CIRP;
Due Diligence/ Business Valuations of the Asset ;
Understanding need of client and guiding him for feasible option for NPA resolution;
Raising funds for completion of Settlement;
