- Managing Product and process development, Nutrition profiling, claims development, shelf life testing, manufacturing use.
- Preparing Sop’s for new product development
- Managing the production related activities.
- Identifying & reviewing new ingredients, products and technologies to determine scientific viability and applications.
- Preparation of work completion notes for tests, and documents for project approval as per FSSAI standards.
- Create technical strategies to meet customers technical and business needs.
- Responsible for maintaining and update of current and future products’ reports.
- Co-ordination with other departments for product development and process analysis.
- Developing & managing time-lines, budgets, and product development activities.
Skills:
M.Sc. in food technology, B. Pharma or any related
- Project management & data interpretation skills.
- Proficient with use of the Internet, MS outlook, MS office - including word, excel and power point
- Knowledge of food science, process technology and good understanding of nutrition & food regulations.
- Good understanding of working with laboratory equipment/tools.
- Ability to Innovate new ideas and problem solving techniques.
