o Conducts training sessions for new hire employees, Sales team, Dealers and Customers.o Develops product knowledge and expertise for customers.
o Develops training materials and programs.
o Assesses training needs and implements training programs accordingly.
o Measures the effectiveness of training programs.
o Provides feedback to management on training outcomes.
o Keeps abreast of new product developments and updates training programs
accordingly.
o On Site product demonstration to Sales team and Dealers.
Skills:
Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with IT background.Basic computer skills of MS word, XL, PPT and experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on superior Excel skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training
methodologies.
