Job Description:

·Must have excellent communication to be able to manage the stakeholders.

· Must have hands-on experience in hiring candidates for Mid-Level & above

· Must have hired and built high-performing teams (with the help of agencies & social media platforms)

·Must be able to work on KRA’s & KPI’s formulating & evaluating

· Drive Performance Management System

· Responsible for Payroll, Employee Engagement Activities

·Coordinate for Statutory Compliance with Consultant

·  Must have handled complete employee life cycle

·  Intervene & discuss for the OD whenever & wherever required

· Develop & maintain a strong culture in the organization
