Job Accountability & Responsibility
Edit videos for social media, ads, reels,
brand films, and promotions
Work with marketing and creative teams to
understand brand requirements
Add effects, transitions, music, captions,
and color correction
Optimize videos for different platforms
(Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
Maintain consistency in brand style and
quality
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Skills:
Knowledge Required:
Social media video formats and trends (Reels,
Shorts, Ads)
Basic motion graphics, transitions, and
effects
Color correction, audio syncing, and sound
editing
Branding and storytelling for marketing
content
Required Skill Set
Proficiency in video editing software
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and
social media trends
Basic motion graphics and sound editing
skills
Desired profile of the Candidate:
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Good sense of storytelling and visual
