We are a real estate focused risk management advisory firm. We are currently hiring for CA with experience of 1-3 years as analyst in Transaction services or  Risk Management . Position is based out of Mumbai. 

Job  Responsibilities
Financial analysis ( Balance sheet, P&L, Bank statements & Cash flow statements)
Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect tax
Real estate project analysis
Reading & Interpreting legal statues & documentation
Preparation of draft reports/presentations
Coordination with clients & other agencies involved in the assignments

Qualification 
Chartered accountants
Comfortable in using Tech tools for work
Eye for detail & Focus on quality 

 

Skills:

Computer Skills
Proficient in MS office ( Excel, Word & Powerpoint etc
