Job Description:

Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting operations and ensure smooth office administration. The role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can independently handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities 
• Prepare and manage client billing, maintain records, and follow up on receivables • Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate billing • Manage accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking • Maintain financial and administrative records • Handle office administration including vendor coordination, office supplies, and front-office support • Support overall administrative efficiency and workflow management
