Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Spearheading partner bank business and ensure achievement of defined targets across branches.
  • Ensuring that the channels are activated, engaged, motivated and are productive by building a strong relationship
  • Designing and organizing various business campaigns/drives for ground sales team.
  • Monitoring MIS and releasing various dashboard for pushing & tracking business.
  • Building capabilities of branches by conducting product knowledge session and market insights.
  • Managing leads with desired level of conversions

Skills:

What you need to have:

•5+ years of experience in selling third party product through bank  (or) Sound knowledge into Equity with exposure into an acquisitions (Demat).

•Good communication & relationship management skills

•Analytical & outgoing
