Achieve monthly sales targets for overall sales, diamond sales, and scheme sales
- Maintain discipline and ensure excellent grooming of employees
- Follow up on SOP and security checks
- Report to management, area business manager, and franchise management
- Manage back-office staff and ensure zero shrinkage
- Prepare monthly reports
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
Age: Below 40 years
- Education: Graduation (minimum)
- Computer Skills: MS Excel and portal
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personality: Presentable and customer-oriented
- Experience: Retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management, sales growth, and customer service.
