| Prepare and execute production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity availability. |
| Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution. |
| Monitor material availability (BOM, RM, bought-out parts) and ensure timely issue to production. |
| Track work order progress across machining, assembly, testing, and finishing stages. |
| Plan and control machine loading, manpower allocation, and shift schedules. |
| Handle order prioritization, rescheduling, and expediting in case of delays. |
| Maintain and analyze production MIS, daily/weekly/monthly reports. |
| Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle time reduction, productivity, and on-time delivery. |
| Coordinate with quality and inspection teams for testing, certification, and dispatch readiness. |
