Job Description:

 We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage the seamless execution of all logo design projects. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, designers, and management—ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and organized workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple logo projects from onboarding to delivery

  • Manage timelines, feedback loops, and designer productivity

  • Interact with clients for updates, briefs, and revisions

  • Organize brand documents, feedback, and final assets

  • Use SyncUp, Trello, or sim

Skills:

Must-Haves:

  • Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Understanding of branding/design workflow is a plus

Prior use of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
