Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Growth

·       Achieve and exceed overall revenue targets through strategic planning and execution

·       Monitor new customer onboarding metrics and conversion rates across zones

·       Drive existing customer persistency and retention strategies to maximize AUM growth

·       Develop revenue forecasting models and pipeline management frameworks

·       Implement revenue optimization initiatives aligned with company's growth trajectory

Team Development & Zone Management

·       Build, mentor, and develop zone-wise teams of Channel Partners (CP), AVPs, and Financial Planners across West and South regions

·       Implement leadership development programs for team members

·       Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career progression planning

·       Foster a high-performance culture focused on revenue excellence and customer centricity

·       Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for zone teams

·       Monitor team KPIs and ensure accountability at individual and zone levels

Product Strategy & Enhancement

·       Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on wealth management product roadmap

·       Identify market gaps and customer needs for new product development and enhancements

·       Drive product adoption and cross-sell strategies across existing customer base

·       Monitor competitor offerings and market trends; recommend positioning improvements

·       Support product launch initiatives and go-to-market strategies

Customer Experience & NPS Leadership

·       Own NPS score monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

·       Implement customer feedback loops and service excellence programs

·       Develop loyalty and retention strategies to improve customer lifetime value

·       Lead customer success initiatives across zones

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in customer interactions

Strategic Governance & Stakeholder Management

·       Participate actively in annual budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and Board meetings

·       Present revenue performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

·       Contribute to company-wide growth strategy and expansion planning

·       Maintain transparent communication with investors and board members on revenue performance

·       Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to SEBI and RBI guidelines.

Skills:

Key Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

·       Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in wealth management, advisory, or financial services business

·       Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large-scale revenue operations

·       Demonstrated leadership experience managing zone-wise sales, revenue, or business development teams

·       Deep understanding of wealth management products, client segments, and regulatory compliance

·       Strong P&L responsibility and financial acumen

·       Experience in customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management

·       Proficiency with financial systems, CRM platforms, and business analytics tools

Desirable Qualifications

·       MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

·       CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or similar certifications

·       Experience with robo-advisory platforms or fintech companies

·       SEBI RIA (Registered Investment Adviser) or Investment Advisor certification

·       Prior Board-level presentation and investor communication experience

·       Experience in scaling revenue teams from 50+ to 200+ members

·       Knowledge of SEBI regulations, compliance requirements, and wealth management industry best practices
