Qualification:

Job Description:

1. IFA Acquisition

•  To identify new to MF industry propsects and empanel them
•  Empanel Active ARN holders but not empanelled
•  Conduct Mass meetings for business opportuinity presentation
•  Coordinating with branches for IFA acquisition

2. Onboarding IFA

•  Conduct onboarding meet for all new IFAs acquired in the regions
•  Introduce new Products and processes 
•  Focus on activating new IFA
•  Coordinating with branches for better onboarding process

3. Activating IFA

•  Pushing for initiate business in the newly acquired IFA
•  Qualifying IFAs for Loyalty programs and Super starter programs
•  maintaining above average market share for newly acquired IFA

4. Mapping and reporting

•  Mapping IFA to relevent RM, operation manager etc as per potential
•  keeping in touch with the acquired IFA and helping for improving market share
