Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them find the perfect real estate solutions. Close deals efficiently and effectively with proper periodic follow ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Manage the closing process of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Work with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate closing details and ensure a smooth process.
  • Ensure to achieve allocated business targets within stipulated time frame.

Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates from the Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) industry will be preferred with a minimum 3+ years of experience.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self Motivated and goal oriented.
  •  Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Confident and Have a positive approach towards the team
  • Flexibility to work in multiple sales sites in the same city
